As schools let out for the summer and temperatures hit the triple digits, parents might be looking for a good way to cool down and get kids out of the house.

Unfortunately, the City of Lubbock announced in April that its only remaining pool — Clapp Pool— would be closed for the 2024 season to undergo extensive repairs.

Here are some alternative pools individuals can visit this summer and how much they cost.

Buffalo Springs Lake

Location: 9999 High Meadow Rd.

Day Pass Prices: Kids (age 6-11) — $6, Adults — $16, Seniors (age 65+) — $10

Season Pass Prices: Family — $350, Adults — $142, Senior —$105
