Mariah Carey shows major skin at the Vanity Fair Oscars party: See her sexy look!

Leave it to Mariah Carey to take over the conversation at an Oscars after party!

The elusive chanteuse stepped out on Sunday night for the legendary Vanity Fair Oscars party at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in a cleavage-baring gown that flaunted her signature curves.

Carey looked absolutely gorgeous at the party in her patterned green gown that featured a thigh-high slit and a seriously plunging neckline. She finished off the look with a pair of massive black Louboutin pumps and some major bling, including a huge diamond necklace, a few bracelets and a handful of rings.

The "It's Like That" singer's hair was styled in perfect beachy waves, and her makeup was simple and clean.

Carey seemed to show up to the party alone, without her backup dancer boyfriend, Bryan Tanaka. The singer has slowly returned to the spotlight since her infamous New Year's Eve blunder in Times Square during which she had major sound issues and was accused of lip syncing.

Last week, she opened up about the ordeal, stating, "I blame everybody."
