Best Dressed of the Week: March 6

Florals, ruffles and stars, oh my!

Hollywood's biggest stars put their best dressed foot forward this week with some of the most eccentric, albeit chic looks the red carpet has seen this season. Kicking off our roundup are Brie Larson and Alexa Chung, who both took major sartorial risks in a sparkly Rodarte pantsuit and floral Erdem gown, respectively -- and these risks surely paid off.

Meanwhile, Jenny Mollen wowed in a geometric gown by Alice + Olivia, while Julianne Hough made her red carpet return in a bold minidress by designer Fannie Schiavoni.

It seems the red carpet at South by Southwest consisted of a pantsuit uniform thanks to Elisabeth Moss and Isla Fisher, with the latter giving us major spring vibes in pastel. Back in LA, Angelina Jolie (in Versace) and Thandie Newton (in Oscar de la Renta) opted for simple silhouettes for the "Dumbo" premiere.

It was also a very fashionable week for those across the pond. Amal Clooney stepped out in a cutout white gown to a party hosted by Prince Charles, while the annual gala at London's National Portrait Museum saw quite the fashionable celebrity turnout, including Kate Middleton and Jourdan Dunn.
