SXSW 2019: See the star-studded attendees

From March 8th to the 17th, celebrities are heading down south to Austin, Texas, for the 2019 SXSW conference festival, where the biggest names in film and music are connecting through creativity and innovation.

Casts from some of the biggest upcoming movies of the year gathered to discuss their films including Lupita Nyong'o, who is starring in Jordan Peele's newest thriller "Us." The actress stunned in a mixed printed Alice + Olivia dress complete with a mini Brahmin purse.

Seth Rogen and Charlize Theron's attended to promote their unexpected romantic comedy "Long Shot," while Busy Philipps, Katie Couric, Maria Shriver and Olivia Wilde all took the stage as keynote guest speakers. As did Kathy Griffin, to showcase her comedy concert film, "Kathy Griffin: A Hell of a Story.”

Matthew McConaughey showed off his gorgeous 87-year-old mom, Kay, alongside wife Camila Alves at the premiere of his new film "The Beach Bum" at the Paramount Theatre.
