Best Bites: Crock-pot garlic parmesan potatoes

When nights get busy, turn to this savory crock-pot potato recipe. Sprinkled lightly with garlic and fresh parmesan, these potatoes are the perfect weeknight go-to. Just toss all the ingredients in the slow cooker, set on low and enjoy. It's guaranteed to become a family favorite.

Ingredients
2 lbs small potatoes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp parsley
Directions
Cut potatoes in half.
Toss into slow cooker.
Sprinkle oregano, dill and basil.
Add in 1/2 tsp salt, garlic and 1/4 cup of parm.
Drizzle olive oil.
Toss in butter.
Mix, mix, mix!
Cover.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
Add in parsley.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.
Top with grated parm and basil.
Dig in!
