Best Bites: Crock-pot garlic parmesan potatoes

When nights get busy, turn to this savory crock-pot potato recipe. Sprinkled lightly with garlic and fresh parmesan, these potatoes are the perfect weeknight go-to. Just toss all the ingredients in the slow cooker, set on low and enjoy. It's guaranteed to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs small potatoes

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dill

  • 1/2 tsp basil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 tsp parsley

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes in half.

  2. Toss into slow cooker.

  3. Sprinkle oregano, dill and basil.

  4. Add in 1/2 tsp salt, garlic and 1/4 cup of parm.

  5. Drizzle olive oil.

  6. Toss in butter.

  7. Mix, mix, mix!

  8. Cover.

  9. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

  10. Add in parsley.

  11. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.

  12. Top with grated parm and basil.

  13. Dig in!
