Is Meghan Markle creating tension in the British royal family?

The man behind some increasingly popular memes involving Prince Harry's fiancée has imagined as much, creating a fictitious feud between Markle and her future nephew Prince George.

On nearly a daily basis, Gary Janetti, a television writer with the likes of "Family Guy" and "Will & Grace" on his resumé who's also married to stylist Brad Goreski, posts side-by-side photos of George and Meghan on Instagram with snarky fake quotes attributed to George that call out Meghan for a variety of recurring reasons.

On the list of fictionally snarky George's complaints about his future aunt? Her show business past that includes "Suits" and "Deal or No Deal," the casual styles that she's worn to a variety of official royal outings, her "basic" interest in yoga and her subtle insistence on bending the royal rules. He also frequently compares her to Harry's beloved late mother, Princess Diana.

"May 19, got it," one caption reads, referring to the royal wedding date. "So is it going to be a cash bar?"

"Let’s set a time tomorrow to go over all the things you did wrong today," another post reads.

"How is it his mother was the most fashionable woman in the world and you always look like you’re on a Starbucks run?" one posts asks.

The caption that perhaps embodies the fake dynamic between Prince George and Meghan Markle that Janetti has come up with proclaims, "I still can’t tell if you’re trying too hard or not enough."

Janetti started creating memes of George and Meghan at the end of November, just after Meghan and Harry announced their engagement to the world. It should be noted, though, that the writer first started cultivating George's catty personality two months earlier in September, when the pint-sized royal was photographed going to school for the first time -- and he didn't look too thrilled about it.
