Beach Breeze Summer Spritz (Created by Red Bull)

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 oz. of pineapple juice into shaker
  2. Pour 1 oz. of kiwi puree into shaker
  3. Measure 1/4 oz. of cinnamon syrup into shaker
  4. Juice a half lime, squeezing into the shaker
  5. Fill the shaker with ice
  6. Shake for 5-7 seconds
  7. Add ice cubes into highball glass
  8. Strain the liquid into the highball glass
  9. Top with 2 oz. of Red Bull Summer Edition Beach Breeze
  10. Garnish with 1 slice of kiwi and 1 slice of pineapple and 2/3 mint sprigs

Mocktail Mule (Created by Plated)

Ingredients:

  • honey
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces ginger beer

Instructions:

  1. Make the honey simple syrup: Add equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan and heat until the honey melts completely into the water. Set aside and let cool.
  2. Muddle lime and 1 oz of honey syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the lime juice and shake with ice for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass or copper mug.
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir.

Non-Alcoholic Sangria (Created by Plated)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 medium orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium line, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 3 cups sparkling water

Instructions:

  1. Pour the boiling water over tea bags and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Discard tea bags and stir in sugar until it dissolves.
  3. To the pitcher, add the cranberry juice, orange juice, orange, lemon, lime and apple. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and preferably overnight.
  4. Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. 
  5. Serve in glasses over ice.

Stir all ingredients together, add ice and garnish with a fresh lime wheel.

  •  tsp. of superfine sugar
