Sticking to the ketogenic diet is easy when you shop at Trader Joe's. The grocery store chain is not only stocked with fresh produce, meats and cheeses, but also a whole line-up of healthy keto snacks and foods.
For those still behind on the ketogenic diet trend, it's basically a high-fat, low-carb diet. The point is to get your body to burn fat instead of carbs for fuel, putting your body in a metabolic state called ketosis. Many celebrities like Kourtney Kardashian and Halle Berry have praised the diet, while others have been skeptical.
Arguably, the hardest part about the keto diet is sticking to it. The do-eat list is composed of meat, seafood, eggs, full-fat dairy products, above ground vegetables (no carrots!) and oils. That means the do-not-eat list is filled with pasta, rice, potatoes, bread and high-carb fruits (like bananas).
