Best beauty looks from the 2019 Golden Globes

And awards season is off to the most glamorous start.

Hollywood's top-notch talent gathered in Los Angeles on Sunday night to honor the most notable films and television shows over the past year. Not only did the Golden Globes set the precedent for this season's biggest accolades, it set the precedent for the red carpet looks, too.

Stars such as Debra Messing, Emma Stone and Janelle Monae kicked off awards season with a slew of classic and glamorous red carpet looks. Meanwhile, Thandie Newton spiced things up with her natural curls, Lupita Nyong'o experimented with cobalt blue liner and mascara and Lady Gaga stole the show with her crystal blue hair.

Lili Reinhart matched her blush liner to her dress, Lucy Boynton rocked a rocker chic bob and Kate Mara blew us away with an intricate hairdo.
