Livin' just a free as her hair!

Double-nominee Lady Gaga showed up to the 2019 Golden Globes on Sunday night in an over-the-top couture Valentino periwinkle gown with puff cold-shoulder sleeves. To bring her look to the next level, the "Born This Way" singer gave her signature silver locks a blue tint in a unique updo.

She finished off the look with a massive statement diamond necklace and diamond earrings, both from Tiffany & Co., and to give the glamorous ensemble a final Gaga touch, she rocked giant silver Giuseppe Zanotti platforms underneath.

After Gaga appeared on the red carpet, people online noticed that the dress was likely an homage to Judy Garland, who starred in the 1954 version of "A Star Is Born." In that version of the film, Garland wears a very similar dress to the one that Gaga wore on Sunday night.

"It's such a wonderful night to celebrate art," she told Ryan Seacrest on the E! Red Carpet about the Golden Globes. "I feel like everyone's a winner."

The "A Star Is Born" actress is nominated twice at this year's show, once for her acting performance and another time for writing "Shallow" for the film's soundtrack.
