There were more large, billowing skirts than we've ever seen in years past, and while red is always a popular color on the red carpet, this year's Gala saw the color come out in full swing. While there are always celebs who take our breath away (like the ethereal Jessica Chastain in Prada tonight, or Emma Roberts in DVF), there are always a few who miss the mark. This year, it's a variety of looks that were either too boring for such an awesome theme, or, well, way too much.
