Best Bites: Edible eggless chocolate chip cookie dough

Edible cookie dough is the latest food trend. Thanks to some brilliant chefs, we're now allowed to eat as much dough as we want, without the stomach ache. Follow the recipe above to make ready-to-eat dough, minus the eggs. Or, you can pop it in the oven for some fresh baked treats!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter

  • 3/4 brown sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Cream together brown sugar and butter.

  2. Add a dash of vanilla and salt.

  3. Mix, mix, mix!

  4. Mix in flour.

  5. Pour in milk and chocolate chips.

  6. Mix, mix, mix!

  7. Enjoy!
