Simon Cowell flaunts 20-pound weight loss on 'AGT': What's his 'secret'?
Simon Cowell is looking better than ever.
The 59-year-old "America's Got Talent" judge posed for photographers ahead of the talent competition's quarter-finals, and the pictures from the photo call put his impressive 20-pound weight loss on full display.

Cowell looked happy, healthy and confident in a form-fitting gray sweater and looser-fitting black slacks as he smiled for cameras and gave paparazzi a thumbs up. After posing for photos, the father of one divulged the "secret" to his successful recent slim-down to Access.
"The secret is don't follow one of the fad diets, because there's just too many and they contradict each other," he said flatly. "The allergy tests are crazy, [so] don't have those. You've just got to cut out the obvious, and once you get used to it, you feel better. My memory's better, and I feel better. I don't find it difficult."
"I can still drink beer, so I'm happy," Cowell added with a smile.
Cowell revealed back in May that he had lost 20 pounds thanks to his newfound vegan diet, which was brought on by a scary hospitalization in 2017 that served as a reality check for the television star.
"Sometimes we get a reminder that we’re not invincible and this was certainly mine. It was a huge shock. They think I fainted because I had low blood pressure and so I have got to really take good care of myself to sort that out," Cowell told The Sun. "After all, I am a dad and have more responsibility than ever."

Cowell shares son, Eric, 5, with longtime girlfriend, Lauren Silverman.
This spring, in a new interview with The Sun, the former "American Idol" judge joked that his appearance has drastically improved since he cut out meat, dairy, wheat, sugar and fish.
"If I was on a one to ten scale of being handsome, I was an eight and now I’ve gone to an 11," he joked.
