Simon Cowell makes rare red carpet appearance with partner Lauren Silverman

Parents' night out!

Simon Cowell and his longtime partner Lauren Silverman stepped out for the Pride of Britain Awards on Monday night. Cowell rocked his signature unbuttoned white shirt and wide-legged pants, while Silverman was a total vision in her off-the-shoulder black gown as she posed alongside her man on the red carpet ahead of the show.

The couple, who has been going strong since 2013, was all smiles on their rare date night away from their 4-year-old son, Eric Philip. Silverman's son from a previous relationship, Adam, 12, joined them at the ceremony, where Cowell was honored.

"Lauren, you’ve been my rock for the past few years, put up with everything I put up with," he said during his acceptance speech, per People. "I suppose one thing I was also thinking about today was who would have got a bigger kick out of this? My mom and dad. And they’re not here, but I have a feeling they’re looking down, and now I can look over to my son Eric and say, 'Maybe one day you’ll get one of these as well.'"

Cowell and Silverman had most recently stepped out together in August when the former "American Idol" judge was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame alongside his adorable son.
