We often appreciate Katy Perry's style risks on the red carpet (take her Tom Ford moment at the 2017 GRAMMYs, for example), but the "Firework" singer missed the mark during last night's 25th Annual QVC 'FFANY Shoes On Sale' Gala.
The pop star opted for a pink sequin jumpsuit by Galia Lahav featuring a long train, styled with sheer long gloves, and matching pumps from her Katy Perry collection, complete with a pink hair bow.
In theory, the jumpsuit had the potential to be super chic due to its stellar fit, but the over-accessorizing took this look to a place it didn't need to go and overlooked the pink message for BCA. Not to mention, the platinum prom girl hairstyle and glittery eyeshadow was a little cliche for our liking.
Perry works with celebrity stylist Jamie Mizrahi who also styles Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba and was responsible for Leighton Meester's epic look from the AMAs earlier this week. Check it out below!
