The rapper worried fans when she went into hiding for the first few months of the year, but after announcing new music on Tuesday, Minaj made a high-profile outing and sat courtside at a Lakers game wearing a head-turning, studded leather ensemble. Talk about making a statement!

Over in New York City, Kerry Washington and Gabrielle Union each made a couple of fashionable outings to promote their latest projects, while two-thirds of the Jonas Brothers were spotted taking a stroll together. Also in NYC were Amal and George Clooney, Justin Theroux and Cardi B.
