Meghan Markle avoided Donald Trump on 'Deal or No Deal': Report

Meghan Markle’s unofficial biography claims that she avoided President Trump back when she was a briefcase model on NBC's "Deal or No Deal."

Markle found herself working as a briefcase girl on "Deal or No Deal" sometime between 2006 and 2007. At the same time, Donald Trump was famous for hosting his hit reality show "The Apprentice," as well as his business and real estate empire.

According to Princess Diana's biographer Andrew Morton, Markle was one of several girls to avoid Trump for being “creepy," he writes in his new book, "Meghan: A Hollywood Princess."

An excerpt released to The Cut ahead of the book's debut alleges that, when Trump made appearances on the show to cross-promote "The Apprentice," he "gave girls his card and invited them to play golf at one of his courses."

Morton claims a briefcase girl said that "He was super-creepy, but some girls were attracted to money and power and took his number. Meghan was one of the girls who gave him a wide berth."

Markle has previously been open on her personal view on Trump. On "The Nightly Show" back in 2016, she called his campaign approach "divisive" and "misogynistic."

Meghan Markle is set to wed Prince Harry on May 19.
