Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck make telling move despite finalizing divorce

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are putting on a united front!

The former A-list couple, who officially filed for divorce in April almost two years after announcing their split, spent a week together with their kids for a dream Bahamas vacation.

After two years of will-they-won't-they speculation about whether the pair would rekindle their romance, Garner is eager to continue to provide her three children with the best environment possible as they continue to enjoy their childhoods.

"Jen feels it is most beneficial for the kids to have their father present," a source told Us Weekly. "Jen will always do whatever it takes to provide the best arrangement for them that she can."

That meant when she was asked to speak at at a Fast Enterprises summit at Atlantic Paradise Island resort, she agreed to appear on the condition that she was given "two adjoining two-bedroom suites and an additional suite for a five-night stay" to accommodate her whole family -- including Affleck.

The committed parents wanted to continue to give their kids -- Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5 -- a life in which both Affleck and Garner could be cordial, present and involved.

"It was a great opportunity to keep the norm going for the kids," an Affleck source told Us about their lavish vacation. For more on their trip, watch the video above.
