Celeb Spotter 022: Princess Beatrice, Rita Ora and Ariel Winter

Princess Beatrice stepped out for a party in London this week in a sheer navy dress with nude underlays that played a trick on our eyes, and it became our favorite celebrity spotting of the week.

Rita Ora rocked not one -- but two! -- oversized neon suits while out and about in New York City this week, and Heidi Klum's rainbow sunglass lenses definitely made a statement just in time for NYC Pride.

Gigi Hadid also stepped out in a series of notable ensembles, including red satin bellbottoms that she rocked during a torrential downpour -- naturally!
