Dolly Parton makes joke about her breasts at the 2017 SAG Awards

Dolly Parton presented longtime friend Lily Tomlin with the Life Achievement Award at Sunday night's Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Parton received a raucous standing ovation when she took the stage to introduce Tomlin, to which she responded with a massive smile and said, "Greetings from Dollywood to Hollywood!"

After the applause died down, Parton revealed that she "almost didn't get in" to the ceremony.

"They were holding my backstage," she said as the star-studded crowd laughed. "They kept on wanting to see my IDs ... or maybe it was DDs? Glad to get that off my chest."

As the crowd continued to chuckle, she said that "someone said be funny" while presenting the award.

She also made a quip about the fact that Tomlin was receiving an honor from the "SAGs" and said that she should get those "sags" "nipped, tucked and sucked right away."

Before actually going in to honoring Tomlin for her legendary acting career and famously giving humanitarian efforts over the last handful of decades, Parton noted that "people have been talking for years that we should do a follow-up sequel to '9 to 5.'"

"I don't know if that's ever going to happen," she said. "[But,] one of these days we're trying to work it in."

Fellow "9 to 5" star Jane Fonda was scheduled to present the honor with Parton, but the country singer revealed that she "got sick at the last minute."
