Watch this compilation of the greatest dad wins ever

As young children, we truly believed that our dads were superheroes. We watched them fly off to work every morning, to save the world of course, and return home just in time to help us with our homework.

We trusted that they'd always be there to catch us when we fell and that they'd save us from the bad guys in our nightmares. We expected them to know everything and to do no wrong.

As we grew up, a lot changed. We no longer expected our dads to know everything (as teens we often assumed they knew nothing), we eventually stopped getting nightmares, and we sometimes rebelled against our dads instead of idolizing them.

Despite our constantly changing adolescent views, one thing remained consistent. We always knew that our dads would be there to catch us when we fell.

This awesome video (above) proves that dads really are the ultimate superheroes. In a compilation of great "dad moments," we see these dads grab their toddlers as they go flying off of swings, save clumsy children from taking tumbles, catch birthday cakes as they slide off the table, and snatch up flying baseballs with one hand while cradling babies in the other.

Next time you try to deceive your old man, you might want to consider who you're dealing with. These guys have some serious powers and we're luckier than we know to have them around to save the day. You go, super-dads!
