State Trooper Saves Man Attempting to Jump Off Bridge


Maryland State Trooper Joshua Kim was driving down the Tydings Memorial Bridge in Cecil County, which crosses the Susquehanna River, when he noticed a potential jumper standing near the bridge railing on August 9th, 2014.



He quickly rushed out of his vehicle and went into action, saving the life of the man before any harm could be done.
