Dr. Jordan Metzl works with athletes of all levels. From Olympians and Olympic hopefuls, to running 33 marathons and 13 Ironmans himself – he knows a little something about intense competition.

So if there's a secret to looking like an Olympian, he's got it. Greatist.com asked Dr. Metzl to disclose how we can live more like an Olympic athlete every day:
