We now head into the weekend with a new president, as the world watched Donald Trump take the oath of office on Friday afternoon to be inaugurated as the 45th president of the United States.

Prior to his inauguration, President Trump participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday. He also stopped by the Lincoln Memorial during the welcome celebration for his inauguration and spoke at the Chairman's Global Dinner.

Former President Barack Obama was also in the spotlight these past few days, as he left the White House for the final time and assisted in the peaceful transition of power to the Trump administration.
