Amy Adams' complete style transformation: From guest star to Hollywood royalty

Amy Adams first broke onto the Hollywood scene in her early twenties, thanks to several guest starring roles on hit TV shows like 'That '70s Show,' 'Charmed' and 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer.' Now at age 44, the red head is bonafide Hollywood royalty, having been nominated for two Golden Globes, two SAG Awards and an Academy Award for just her work in 2018.

While the mother-of-one sure knows how to wow on the red carpet nowadays, her style has most certainly evolved over the years.

For Adams, gone are the days of light-wash denim and tube tops in favor of elegant gowns from designers like Oscar de la Renta and Atelier Versace, which she wore to the 2013 Academy Awards and 2015 Golden Globes, respectively.

Adams has never been one to shy away from color. While mostly opting for jewel tones, we have loved her fiery red choices over the years -- the plunging ruby and scarlet Valentino Haute Couture dress that she wore to the 2014 Golden Globes tops our list of favorites.

Adams is nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Lynne Cheney in 'Vice' at this weekend's Academy Awards and we can't wait to see what she will wear on the biggest red carpet of the year.
