NYFW designers share the inspiration behind their Spring 2020 collections

Attention: New York Fashion Week is now just days away!

This year, the epic week of all things fashion will begin on September 6th and end on September 11th. And while NYFW only lasts six days, you can be sure that the designers behind the Spring/Summer 2020 collections have been hard at work on their latest showings for months now.

Scroll through the gallery below for a sneak peek at what you can expect to see coming down the runway this season.

Elie Tahari will be transporting us to "the streets of Soho in the 70's," while Tadashi Shoji will be sharing all of the beauty of "Japan, where what if comes true."

We are expecting lots of bright colors and unexpected textures at Christian Siriano and nothing but a "luxurious aesthetic" in Pamella Roland's collection.
