Alert! You can be next-door neighbors with Kate Middleton and Prince William in Norfolk

This is a royal fantasy come true!

Royal fans can live next door to Prince William, Kate Middleton and their family in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: A cottage located inside the queen's Sandringham Estate, right next to the Cambridge's Anmer Hall country home, is available for rent. Located at 20 Cherry Tree, the two-bedroom property will set back tenants only $850 a month, reports Metro.

While housing priority will be given to tenants who live or work in the area, those moving to Norfolk will reportedly also be considered. The one exception? There is a strict no cat policy, though dogs may be allowed!

The 10-bedroom Georgian manor was gifted to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as a wedding gift from Queen Elizabeth to use as the family's home when not at Kensington Palace. Originally constructed in 1802, the family spent over $2 million in renovations to include a more modern layout for the growing Cambridge family.

The couple lived at Anmer fulltime following Prince George's birth, but after Prince William took on more royal responsibilities, the couple moved into an apartment in Kensington Palace.
