Kate Middleton and Prince William spotted at romantic lunch amid cheating rumors: Pictures!

What rumors?!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were spotted on a romantic lunch date following a royal appearance in Cumbria, England on Tuesday. The parents-of-three were in town for an engagement to celebrate the rural community of Keswick, including its dedicated, generation-long farming circle.

Their rainy-day visit included speaking to the Brown family, who has been farming near Lake Ullswater for 6 decades, shearing sheep, herding and joining an educational environmental discussion.

Following their day of outdoor activities, the Cambridges snuck into the 5-star Inn on the Lake in Ullswater for a romantic afternoon. Will and Kate were treated to afternoon tea and lunch at the luxury rustic venue known for its gorgeous views of the surrounding lake and its amenities. The couple reportedly didn't stay long though, as they said they hoped to be back in London to pick their children up from school.

Their outing comes amid rumors of infidelity over the past couple of months. Tabloids alleged that Prince William had struck up an affair with Kate's close friend Rose Hanbury, but the palace dissipated these rumors with threats of legal action.

"Kate finds the rumors hurtful, obviously, and hates the thought that one day her children will be able to read about them online," a source reportedly said to Us Weekly.

Most recently, the couple joined President Trump and first lady Melania Trump at Buckingham Palace last week as part of the administration's official visit to London. The following weekend, the duke and duchess once again stepped out to celebrate the queen's birthday at the annual Trooping the Colour, where their youngest son Prince Louis had his balcony debut.
