Duchess Kate exudes glamour in white dress at charity dinner

On Wednesday evening, Kate Middleton stepped out in London to support one of her favorite causes.

In honor of Action on Addiction's Addiction Awareness Week, a dinner was held at Somerset House. Action on Addition is one of Duchess Kate's core causes that she is a patron of. Their website explains that "the Duchess' patronage continues to be pivotal in helping us develop and promote practical solutions which enable more and more people to live their lives free from addiction, and to challenge the stigma that surrounds it."

For the mid-week occasion, the mother-of-three wore a white off-the-shoulder dress by Barbara Casasola -- you can shop Kate's dress in red and pink online. She completed her look with a silver clutch, her signature bouncy blowout and sparklingly shoes by Jimmy Choo (click through the gallery for a closer look!).

Over the course of the evening, Duchess Kate chatted with Action on Addiction clients and people who have directly benefited from their treatment programs, she met with Chef Skye Gyngell, who prepared the dinner, and even gave a brief speech to recognize the charity's work and what it means to her to be a patron of the cause.
