Lela Rose kicks off Bridal Week with her most gorgeous collection to-date

Updated

Leave it to Lela Rose to once again outdo herself once again for her Fall 2019 Bridal Collection.

Only a few weeks after New York Fashion Week, the esteemed designer packed up the runway, turned around and pulled out all the stops for New York Bridal Week. In doing so, the creative stuck to her traditional Lela Rose motif: think flirty silhouettes in gorgeous gardens to create an equally-as-romantic ambiance.

Classic Lela.

Dreamy creations took over New York City's Jefferson Market Garden, with brides in varying mediums sprawled across the green. It was the perfect backdrop to debut her new line, which took a more daring -- but equally as inspiring -- turn than her past bridal collections.

While Rose stuck with her usual romantic lace, she dabbled in more modern tailoring. Off-the-shoulder ruffles, A-line cuts and blush tones are something we'd expect for her ready-to-wear creations -- but it was a welcomed diversion for her latest collection.

"This collection juxtaposes a classic romantic feel with the modern touches that Lela Rose is known for," explained the presentation notes. "There is something for every bride in this versatile collection with a variety of fabrics and silhouettes."
