The sophisticated look bears a striking resemblance to the off-the-shoulder Carolina Hererra dress she wore for Trooping the Colour just a couple of weeks ago.

Meghan's style ever since becoming a royal has definitely transformed, and her look on Tuesday proves it. Instead of the relaxed looks -- think trousers and blouses -- we're used to seeing from her, she now opts for more structured pieces.

Another change she's made? Her hairstyle. The former "Suits" actress' go-style pre-wedding was a messy bun, but she sported glossy curls -- similar to Duchess Kate's -- for the Buckingham Palace reception.

The duchess appeared alongside Prince Harry and Queen Elizabeth as they celebrated the achievements of young change-makers. A few celebs also attended the event, including David Beckham and Sir Lenny Henry.

For more on Meghan, watch the video above.
