With Memorial Day (a.k.a. the unofficial start of summer) just behind us, it's time to start unpacking your summer whites and swimsuits, your beach bags and your sun hats -- and naturally, reach for your favorite summer cocktail.

For us -- picking the drink of the summer is a no brainer. It's Rosé, of course.

One of the best things about rosé wines is that there's pretty much one for everyone. If you prefer heavier wines or reds, there are darker rosés, and lighter varietals quench the thirst of those looking for a lighter taste and weight. There are sweet rosés, and dry rosés. There are so many worth trying we'd almost venture to say you should just stick with them this summer.

But even we want a yummy paloma every once in a while.
