Fitness expert Tracy Anderson: Jennifer Lopez 'trusts me'

You may think that Tracy Anderson works with every celebrity there is, but that's not the case.

The fitness expert, who attended the Breast Cancer Research Foundation Hot Pink Party in New York City on Friday night to support a breast cancer survivor and business partner, told reporters that she refuses to give into "911" fitness calls. In other words, if a star calls her scrambling weeks before filming a sex scene for a movie, she doesn't run to help. She simply doesn't entertain quick fixes.

"It is so important for disease prevention, for your health, for your self-esteem that you do it," Anderson told AOL Lifestyle of committing to working out. "There is no quick fix, there's no program -- is there a pill, is there a this? There's nothing. It is taking care of your physical self."

There is one famous face who she's happy to work out with any day of the week, though. In fact, she had just had a session with her one day prior to the Hot Pink Party: Jennifer Lopez. No big deal.

"She's so awesome. That's why I work with her and I have for so long," she told us when we asked if there's anything J.Lo isn't game to do during a workout. "She's amazing. She trusts me."

And while Anderson pretty much works around the clock, she did have plans to slow down on Mother's Day. "My kids just like it when I'm not working and relaxing," she admitted.

Sometimes, kids do know best.
