This is the most 'delicious' and 'impressive' meal Meghan Markle cooks

Updated

When Prince Harry was spotted visiting girlfriend Meghan Markle at her Toronto home before Easter in April, he made headlines, of course. As to be expected, not many details about the trip ended up surfacing (we're kind of glad, let them live) -- but if Markle was so inclined to whip up a home-cooked meal for her beau during his visit, we have a guess as to what it may have been.

In a Good Housekeeping feature from last summer that's resurfacing, the "Suits" actress revealed her go-to meal to cook:

"There is nothing as delicious (or as impressive) as a perfectly roasted chicken. If you have an Ina Garten–level roasted-chicken recipe, it's a game changer. I bring that to dinner parties and make a lot of friends."

Yum.

In other Markle news, the star recently made waves for shutting down her lifestyle blog, The Tig, which many people are taking as a sign that a proposal from Harry is imminent. At the time of the GH feature, she opened up about her intentions behind the blog, saying, "I see The Tig as a conversation between girlfriends. I love connecting with the fan base and sharing my experiences. There's so much snarky stuff on the Internet these days, so I've tried to create a space that's really positive and hopefully inspires you to do something that's uplifting and empowering."

As for her relationship with Prince Harry progressing, she'll be accompanying him to Pippa Middleton's wedding on May 20 -- but just the reception (more on that here).
