Ikea might be opening stand-alone cafés featuring famous meatballs

People visit Ikea for two reasons: to test their relationships and for the meatballs!
Ikea may now be opening stand-alone restaurants and cafées, after finding out that 30 percent of their customers showed up to their stores just to eat.

The Swedish company is thus now toying with the idea of expanding their food division into cafés in city centers. Their food sales in 2016 reached the $1.8 billion mark, according to a Fast Company report.

No wonder they call their meatballs "the best sofa-seller!" Ikea has set up pop-up restaurants in London, Paris and Oslo -- all of which have been total successes.
