3. Not drinking enough water is a big one. Two liters of water a day will boost your metabolism, clear your skin and keep you from getting dehydrated and fatigued.

4. Choosing the wrong hot drinks. Replace caffeinated drinks, especially those high in sugar, with tea. Green tea and Matcha have been found to speed up metabolism. Or just hot water infused with fruits.
