Ruth Bader Ginsburg's workout routine puts ours to shame

Ruth Bader Ginsburg may only be 5"1', but the 84-year-old (and oldest) Supreme Court Justice has a workout routine that puts ours to shame. It's all thanks to her personal trainer Bryant Johnson, a man Ginsburg jokingly called "the most important person" in her life. Don't let that fool you though, because Johson is no joke.

Johnson is a 200-pound former high school football player and vet, who also works with jurists Stephen Breyer and Elena Kagan. After Ginsburg was diagnosed with her first bout of cancer, her late husband Marty urged her to get help and regain her strength.

"I attribute my well-being to our meetings twice a week. It's essential," she said about their meetings, late evenings at a gym inside the Supreme Court. According to Fortune, Ginsburg's daily routine consists of 20 pushups and 30 second planks. And no, they weren't "girl" pushups.

"At my age, you have to take it year by year. This year, I'm okay," Ginsburg explained.

Under Johnson's supervision, Ginsburg benches 70 pounds, followed by leg curls and presses. And that was only half of it --- a reporter from Politico struggled to make it through the entire routine.

RBG would clearly kick our butts.
