Crown Royal unveils new peach flavor ahead of spring

Some of the first springtime activities that may come to mind are barbecuing, hiking, attending state fairs, and most importantly, drinking. From brunch to an after work happy hour, as the temperature increases so does people's desire to engage in outdoor social settings with friends.

And to make start of the season even sweeter, Crown Royal is launching Crown Royal Peach, its latest offering that features the alcohol's iconic taste with the sweet and flavorful notes of freshly-picked juicy Georgia peaches.

Crown Royal Peach is the brand's limited-edition ode to spring with its 'vibrant' taste that consists of peaches, creamy vanilla and rich, signature blended whiskies. The new flavor's packaging also pays homage to spring with peach and creme hues decorating the exterior of the traditional bag.

“As a leader in the whisky business, Crown Royal continues to take pride in ensuring we are ahead of the trends and creating high-quality products that help feed whisky drinkers’ desire to experiment,” Sophie Kelly, Senior Vice President of Whisk(e)y at Diageo North America said in the official press release. “Crown Royal Peach is the perfect limited-time offering because the taste is undeniably delicious, great for summertime occasions, on the rocks or mixed with iced tea.”

The spring-inspired flavor will be available for purchase nationally in March and is set to retail at $24.99 for a 750-ml bottle.
