Princess Diana's niece is reportedly engaged to a millionaire 32 years her senior

Congratulations may be in order for Lady Kitty Spencer!

According to recent reports, the 29-year-old model is engaged to Michael Lewis, a South African-born multi-millionaire. Spencer and Lewis, 61, went public with their relationship last May and became engaged before Christmas.

"She’s been in Cape Town for the holidays and told her mother and the rest of the family," said a source to the Daily Mail. "Michael is loved by all of them. Despite his wealth, he’s very humble and low key."

Spencer is the eldest daughter of Victoria Lockwood and Earl Charles Spencer, Princess Diana's younger brother. While her familial ties have cast a huge light on the Spencer family, she grew up away from the media, in South Africa with her mother and siblings. She's now a fixture in the London social scene after attending her cousin Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle in 2018.

Lewis, who has three adult children from a previous marriage, is the chairperson of the fashion brand Foschini and is worth more than $150 million. Previously, Spencer was linked to property tycoon Niccolo Barattieri di San Pietro, 51, for four years.
