Paltrow and Falchuk's first joint red carpet outing comes less than a week before the premiere of their latest collaboration, on Netflix's highly-anticipated new series co-created by Falchuk and Ryan Murphy, "The Politician," which Paltrow stars in alongside Ben Platt. It premieres on the streaming service on Friday, September 27.

The Goop founder stunned in vintage Valentino gown from 1963 that featured white silk skirt and a black velvet and sheer top, in addition to exaggerated fringe sleeves. Meanwhile, Falchuk kept it simple in a classic tuxedo.

Paltrow's appearance at the 2019 Emmys marked her first outing at the awards show since 2011, when she won the Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her memorable roole as substitute teacher Holly Holiday on "Glee."

Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk got married in September 2018. They just moved in together this summer.
