John Travolta recalls superfans breaking into his house

Scary!

John Travolta attended the premiere of “The Fanatic” at the Egyptian Theater on Thursday night, where the former "Grease" actor opened up about scary encounters he's had with fans.

“I’ve only had two people that actually invaded my house,” Travolta told Variety. “They were just people that wanted to meet me.”

At least these encounters provided the veteran actor with insight into the celebrity stalker he portrays in his new movie.

“I was scared the first time...The second time there was such a gentle presence that came to the family dinner that I was just like: ‘Who are you? What are you doing here?’ But I’ve never had a problem with fans,” he explained.

Celebrity encounters with crazed fans shockingly happen more often than not. Last October, Kendall Jenner had an alleged 37-year-old stalker break into her Beverly Hills gated community, making his way into her pool. The man was ultimately placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after multiple break-ins.

Most recently, John Mayer had to get a temporary restraining order against fan after receiving "Ted Bundy" death threats from an obsessed fan who showed up to the singer's appearances. Earlier this March, Taylor Swift's 23-year-old stalker was arrested for breaking into her home for the second time.
