Kaley Cuoco surprises Marshalls shoppers in New York City: Watch!

Surprise!

Marshall shoppers were in for a surprise when "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco stopped by the Tribeca, New York City location on Tuesday, leaving shoppers in shock. Cuoco partnered up with the mass-retailer for their "Surprise Box" initiative, where she unveiled the new program and handed out the first Marshalls Surprise Boxes the lucky customers.

The box includes a curated mix of fashion, beauty, tech and home decor products. Marshalls is set to place a “Surprise Box” in all stores across the country on Friday, August 16 for shoppers to discover.

“What appealed to me is honestly in this day and age is just making a random person smile. People were really sweet and so excited to get this surprise. They had no idea it was coming. I just think it was a really nice thing and it was positive and it made people happy. That’s all that matters right now. If you can spread a little joy, then why not?" Cuoco told AOL Entertainment.

AOL also spoke to Cuoco about her upcoming projects post "The Big Bang Theory." The actress opened up about her new show, "The Flight Attendant," a novel that she optioned the rights to, and will be starring in and executive producing alongside Warner Bros.

"I start shooting 'The Flight Attendant' in October, here in New York actually! I’m going to be here for a while. I’m really excited about it. I optioned the book on my own two years ago and now it’s coming to life so it’s been a labor of love," Cuoco said.

“I think it's important to have your name and your stamp on things. I’m now executive producing everything I’m part of and I surround myself with great women and a great team. I want my voice to be part of every project I’m in. I’m not letting anyone take any of that away from me. I think it’s really important that you have control over what you put out in the world.”

Working on BBT for 12 seasons (279 episodes to be exact), the 33-year-old actress explained that the one thing she would like to take from being on the CBS sitcom for so long is the dynamic and the "camaraderie" she shared with her cast mates.

"Definitely the dynamic. That starts with your actors but it also starts with your director and having a really good camaraderie on set. I think also watching Chuck Lorre going with his gut on so many things like if he feels like something isn’t right, he says it. And he also tells you when it’s going well. So I think going with that internal feeling that I’ve had for so long and trusting that voice is going to be very important for me moving forward."
