Exclusive: Nora En Pure premieres stirring new track "Birthright"

Updated

Nora En Pure can officially be referred to as the queen of dance music.

The Swiss DJ was awarded the Best Female Act (House) at the International Dance Music Awards earlier this year, where her weekly Purified radio show on SiriusXM was also nominated for Best Podcast/Radio Show.

They are deserved honors for a producer who blissfully integrates tribal percussion, stirring strings and piano-driven progressions to craft a soothing brand of deep, melodic house. Even though she tours clubs and music festivals, her "grown-up" take on electronic music often feels as if it should be listened to in nature.

Her new track "Birthright," set to be released May 24 on all platforms, thankfully doesn't stray from her tried-and-true formula.

"‘Birthright’ is a deep, but uplifting track evolving around a super smooth and powerful piano lead," she told AOL. "While the title could be interpreted for any sort of injustice, the melody and soundscape of the track are intended to be soothing and soulful inviting the listener to forget all stress and sorrows."

"Birthright" comes just a week after Nora En Pure released a remix of SOFI TUKKER's "Fantasy," giving her a pair of tracks that are sure to set the tone at countless pool parties this summer.
