Taylor Swift skips Grammys to support boyfriend Joe Alwyn at the BAFTAs: Photos

Taylor Swift opted to support her boyfriend instead of attending the Grammys this year.

The "Delicate" hitmaker was noticeably absent at Sunday night's 61st Annual Grammy Awards, where she had been nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album for her latest release, "Reputation." Swift ended up losing the award to Ariana Grande's "sweetener" ahead of the televised ceremony. It was Grande's first-ever Grammy, and she was also a no-show.

Instead of attending the Grammys, Swift was across the pond in London at the 2019 BAFTA Awards, where her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn's, film, "The Favourite," was up for a whopping 12 nominations. It ended up winning seven BAFTAs.

Though Alwyn walked the red carpet alone ahead of the show, Swift attended the ceremony in a stunning Stella McCartney gown that she shared a photo of on Instagram at the end of the night.

"AHHHHH @thefavouritemovie just won 7 @bafta awards!!!" she captioned her post. "Bout to go give some high fives - thanks @stellamccartney for this dressss."

The photo showed the singer sitting on a bench between pink and purple pillows with her legs crossed while wearing a plunging powder blue gown with a sheer pleated overlay.

After the BAFTA Awards wrapped, Swift and Alwyn attended the British Vogue and Tiffany & Co. after-party at Annabel's in Mayfair. They were photographed leaving the party hand-in-hand.
