WE Day 2018: Jennifer Aniston wears wrist brace on red carpet

Celebrities come together to help make change happen!

Stars stepped out for WE Day California 2018 on Thursday to help encourage young people to make a change in their communities. Among those in attendance to celebrate young change-makers were Selena Gomez, Jennifer Aniston, John Stamos, Nicole Richie and more.

The event marked Aniston's first official red carpet event since her unexpected split from Justin Theroux earlier in the year, and she was photographed sporting a wrist brace at the event -- the same one she wore to pal Gwyneth Paltrow's private event over the weekend.

It was also a return to the spotlight for Gomez, who has been lying low throughout most of 2018.
