Bloomberg 50: Tamron Hall, Jane Seymour and Coco Rocha highlight the red carpet

Updated

The world's most influential figures got together on Monday night at New York City's Gotham Hall to celebrate the 2017 Bloomberg 50, a collection of innovators across industries that made a difference this year.

On hand for the celebration, which was hosted by Michael Bloomberg, were big names like Tamron Hall, Martha Stewart, Adam Silver, Jane Seymour, Coco Rocha, Stephanie Ruhle and more. Amid the fallout from Lauer's firing from the "Today" show, Hall tellingly didn't do interviews on the red carpet.

The morning of the event Jane Seymour revealed on "Megyn Kelly Today" that she'd been sexually harassed by an unnamed film producer when she was in her 20s, and she explained to AOL Entertainment on the red carpet why this was the right moment to share her story.

"My story really pertains to what I'm talking about in my book [The Road Ahead], so it was not out of the blue," she exclusively told us. "I had mentioned it a bit in the past, but this was the time for the story to be told. I chose not to tell who it was, because I just felt that it was a behavior that was accepted by everyone. And it's not acceptable."

"I hope that that behavior is not accepted anymore," she said when we asked what she hopes comes from her sharing her story. "I hope that people were victimized or lost their jobs or felt that their morale had been destroyed are given a voice."

Also on Monday morning, model Coco Rocha announced that she was expecting her second child with husband James Conran in an adorable Instagram video with her daughter.

"We decided today that we were going to announce it, and we wanted Ioni to announce it because she announced it to all the family members," Rocha explained to AOL Entertainment. "I even had Ioni announce it to Daddy, and we figured it would be a good way to announce it to the world. And it's a cute thing for her to have later in life."

"It's a weird science," she said about figuring out when to announce a pregnancy as a celebrity. "This time we wanted to keep it to ourselves for a little longer than we did with Ioni."

Also on hand on Monday evening was Ty Hunter, who is Beyoncé's longtime collaborator and stylist. Hunter told us that the key to their effortless partnership stems from the fact that they've been working together for so long.

"I just know her. We know each other. We were together before she became Beyoncé and before I became Ty Hunter," Hunter told AOL Entertainment with a laugh. "We're family, and it's like playing dress-up with your sister. She'll be like, 'I don't like that, you gotta make it work!' We meet each other halfway."
