An "extra" birthday! Robin Thicke celebrated his pregnant girlfriend April Love Geary's 23rd birthday a day early on Tuesday night.
Geary took to Instagram to show off her lavish celebration. Posing in a palm tree-print silk robe in front of large bouquets of red roses, Geary wrote, "And it's not even my birthday!! (tomorrow) I have the best boyfriend in the world! Peep the sticker in the background tho."

Things got even sexier in the next shot, when Geary opened up her robe while lying on the bed, covering herself with rose petals and exposing her bare baby bump.
"SO EXTRA," she captioned the sexy pic.
The couple announced in August that they are expecting their first child together – a baby girl. The baby's due date is March 1, which is also the birthday of Thicke's late father, Alan Thicke.
