Mariah Carey flaunts incredible physique 2 months after weight loss surgery
Mariah Carey is looking better than ever!
One week after postponing her Christmas tour due to a respiratory infection, the legendary singer stepped out for the 30th anniversary celebration of AHF World AIDS Day at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Thursday night.
The singer looked absolutely stunning in a figure-hugging black dress with two slits that ran all the way up her body, fastened with hundreds of clothes pins. Carey finished off the cleavage-baring ensemble by letting her signature locks flow down her back and donning a ton of bling.
Carey performed at the star-studded celebration, too.

The outing comes about a month after news broke that she'd undergone a secret weight loss surgery in September. Carey reportedly got the gastric sleeve surgery, which shrinks the size of the stomach so patients eat less.
She had been feeling "extremely insecure about her weight," a source told ET at the beginning of November.
"She always fluctuates and it makes her upset," the source said. "She lives in denial about it; she has the tags cut out of clothes, so she can be blissfully unaware of her size."

"This is a new beginning for her," the source added.
