The 35-year-old Duchess of Cambridge made an unexpected appearance on Monday morning at Lond's Paddington train station along side her husband, Prince William, 35, and his younger brother, Prince Harry, 33.

Though Middleton wasn't expected to be in attendance at the children-centric event, she was all smiles in a knee-length pale pink dress with long sleeves, a high neckline and a black belt. She finished off the look with black heels.

The event also featured some children from the royals' various charities, who were thrilled to meet Paddington Bear at his namesake station. Paddington interacted with the children with his "Paddington 2" co-star Hugh Bonneville, and then he turned his attention to Middleton -- and that's when the fun really began!

The princess became a dancing queen when Paddington Bear grabbed her hand and twirled her around as they enjoyed a short little dance together.

The mother-of-two was a total trooper during the moment, which came amid reports that she's been suffering from acute morning sickness, or Hyperemesis Gravidarum, during her third pregnancy, which was announced at the end of the summer. Middleton made her first public outing last week since the baby announcement and, combined with Monday's appearance, seems to be in better health as of late.
