Peek inside Mariah Carey's stunning $25 million Cabo rental

Mariah Carey celebrated her 47th birthday in style.

The legendary diva brought her family, including boyfriend Bryan Tanaka, down to Cabo San Lucas to enjoy a lavish vacation at Casa Fryzer, a $25 million rental villa in the eternal Mexico hot spot.

Carey and her loved ones enjoyed their intimate celebration at the 8,000-square-foot mansion, which is located in the Villas del Mar gated community of Palmilla.

Though it should come as a surprise to nobody that the elusive chanteuse celebrated her birthday -- or, as she could call it, her "anniversary" -- in such a lavish manner, that doesn't make Casa Fryzer's amenities any less impressive. With a staff of five on hand, the "#Beautiful" hitmaker enjoyed the $12,000-per-night rental's swim up bar, floating dining table above its infinity pool, indoor and outdoor screening rooms for the kids and a private yacht, just to name a few things.

Oh, and did we mention it offers an on-site gourmet chef?

Tanaka, Carey and her kids, twins Moroccan and Monroe, enjoyed a moonlit party for her big night, which was topped off with a fireworks show over the water.

"Thank you @casafryzer for this beautiful home in #cabo," she captioned a photo of herself posing under a giant chandelier on Instagram. "And thanking everyone for all of my anniversary love and wishes."

Tanaka also took the chance to call attention to Casa Fryzer's "relaxing chic environment" with a cute couples selfie with Carey.

Tanaka and Carey have been dating since last year when the singer famously called off her engagement to Australian billionaire, James Packer. The fun-loving pair's courtship was heavily documented on Carey's recent E! reality show, "Mariah's World." Clearly, they're still very much going strong.

If Casa Fryzer looks vaguely familiar to you, that's because Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka aren't the first celebs to stay at the exclusive rental. Just last summer, Joe Jonas and DNCE rented the lavish villa, too!
